History[]

Jael has produced and reported from vacation destinations and conflict zones alike, covering everything from fashion to the FARC to the environment. She has produced stories in Colombia, Panama, and Mexico. Jael's diverse skill set — hosting, reporting, writing — accelerated her rise to become the face and voice of Current TV. While Jael has achieved incredible success as an in-studio host, it has been her intrepid and award winning field reporting that's truly brought her the most critical acclaim. Her work has won her numerous awards and accolades, including a Silver Telly and Bronze Remi for her exploration of tidal turbines as an alternative energy source in New York City.
